Meditation in Nature (Green Timbers Urban Forest)
Walking, standing and qigong meditation practice held in Green Timbers Urban Forest (Surrey, Canada). The practice takes place in carefully selected spots that are conducive to the practice.
Participation is by invitation only. Come to our online gatherings if you’re interested in participating this event.
- Be prepared for weather conditions, wind, rain or snow. You may need a rainproof jacket and/or umbrella.
- The practice usually lasts about 80 or 90 minutes.
- This is a silent group practice. If you need an instruction, come to our online gathering– basic practice instructions will be provided for you.
