RIN Journal

What should I write in RIN journal?

Write RIN (Realization, Improvement and Next). Realization is what you have realized today about yourself. Improvement is what you’d like to improve among what you did today. Next is your plan for tomorrow or future.

In addition, you can also write RIN about your today’s meditation practice. (in addition to realization, it is also useful to write how you realized- the method or process)

Why writing and sharing RIN

Writing RIN helps improve our life and meditation. Sharing with others brings a greater benefit.
