Your meditation makes progress if you get what are given in your meditation. Your meditation becomes stuck if you do not get what are given in your meditation. Your meditation becomes difficult if you ignore what are given and you tried to get what are not given instead.
Power of Watching
Your breath changes when you watch your breath. Your body changes when you watch your body. Your mind changes when you watch your mind. Your life changes when you watch your life.
Misuse of Meditation
An unwise use of meditation can harm you. If you meditates only to eliminate symptoms of your life problems without addressing the cause, the cause remains and continues to create more problems in your life. It is like silencing a fire alarm without putting off the fire.
Useful Things Become Useless

When you fight an urge, the urge becomes your enemy. When you obey an urge, the urge becomes your master. When you just be with an urge, the urge becomes harmless like passing wind.

You have no choice what to think and what not to think. You have no choice when to think and when not to think. Your mind is operating automatically without your permission. You do not know you are thinking while thinking. You do not know you are believing while believing.

You have choice what to think and what not to think. You have choice when to think and when not to think. Your mind is not operating automatically without your permission. You know you are thinking while thinking. You know you are believing while believing.
One who knows he is breathing is higher in level than one who does not know he is breathing.

The one who has a higher level than a person who knows he is breathing is a person who knows his mind which is watching his breath.
Knowing Breathing 3
The one who has a higher level than a person who knows his mind watching his breath is a person who knows what the breath truly is.
A low level person’s mind is restless. A high level person’s mind is peaceful.

The one who has a higher level than a person whose mind is peaceful is a person who knows why his mind is peaceful.
