Just Sitting, Just Being

Just Sitting

Just sit in a tall and relaxed posture that allows your body to breathe naturally with the abdomen and your mind to rest in the experience of breathing.

Just Breathing

Just breathe naturally. Let the experience of being alive unfold with each breath.

Just Eating

Just chew a small amount of food slowly and swallow it. Let the full experience of eating unfold naturally. Leave your eating utensils on the plate or bowl while chewing. Savor one breath before taking the next bite.

Just Eating 2

Just intentionally chew a small amount of food and swallow it instead of eating automatically driven by urge. Leave your eating utensils on the plate or bowl while chewing. Savor one breath before taking the next bite.

Just Eating 3

Just chew a small amount of food slowly and swallow it for a purpose greater than just satisfying your hunger. Leave your eating utensils on the plate or bowl while chewing. Savor one breath before taking the next bite.

Just Drinking

Just take a slow sip of water or tea. Let the full experience of drinking unfold naturally. Savor one breath before taking another sip.

Just Standing

Just stand tall and relaxed with a straight spine and slightly bent knees. This is to allow your body to breathe naturally with the abdomen and your mind to rest in the experience of breathing.

Just Walking

Just walk in a relaxed, tall and pleasant way to allow your body to breathe naturally with the abdomen. Your footsteps follow your breath: one step for each in-breath and one step for each out-breath.

Just Walking 2

Just walk relaxed, tall and pleasantly to allow your body to breathe naturally with the abdomen and your mind to fully experience the walk.

Just Being

Just be as a whole.

Just Being 2

Just be as a whole in an understanding of it.
