Breathing Meditation Basic


Part 1

  1. Know your in-breath and out-breath.
  2. Know whether your breath is deep or shallow.1
  3. Know whether your breath pleasant or unpleasant.
  4. Know whether you are aware of your your breath continuously or not.

Part 2

Practice the following while being aware of your breath:

  1. Experience your whole body.
  2. Experience your mind.
  3. Know the relation between your breath and your body.
  4. Know the relation between your breath and your mind or thought.

Part 3

Practice the following while being aware of your breath:

  1. Clam the whole body.
  2. Heal the body.
  3. Appreciate and thank.
  4. Experience joy.

Note

  • Maintain unbroken continuous awareness of your breath from beginning to end.
  • Breathe naturally.
