Part 1
- Know your in-breath and out-breath.
- Know whether your breath is deep or shallow.1
- Know whether your breath pleasant or unpleasant.
- Know whether you are aware of your your breath continuously or not.
Part 2
Practice the following while being aware of your breath:
- Experience your whole body.
- Experience your mind.
- Know the relation between your breath and your body.
- Know the relation between your breath and your mind or thought.
Part 3
Practice the following while being aware of your breath:
- Clam the whole body.
- Heal the body.
- Appreciate and thank.
- Experience joy.
Note
- Maintain unbroken continuous awareness of your breath from beginning to end.
- Breathe naturally.
